NZ King Salmon fish promotion

SIBU - The Omega-3 fats, EPA and DHA naturally found in New Zealand King Salmon fish play different roles in enhancing health by reducing the risk of strokes or heart-attacks, according to Mr Paul J. Steere, chief executive of New Zealand King Salmon Co Ltd.

He disclosed that research has proven the benefits of taking Omega-3 supplements. Nevertheless, he also said that taking more fresh fish should be better than just taking supplements.

Paul was giving a promotion briefing on King Salmon fish menu from New Zealand at a leading hotel here Wednesday night.

Tan Sri Dato Sri Temenggong Tai Sing Chii, Tan Sri Datuk Tiong Hiew King, Datuk Toh Chiew Hock and Managing director of Tanahmas Hotel, Encik Clarence Ting were among the VIPs present at the function.

He recommended King Salmon fish' for those who wish to avoid heart ailments and other related diseases. Besides, the New Zealand King Salmon has good natural oil content, rich, full flavour and ideal for making sashimi or just baking, grilling or smoking it according to the individual's liking.

The fish comes fresh from New Zealand's wild unpolluted mountain streams.
